Join us in our fight to try to stop Eagle Sewer District from dumping sewage wastewater into our irrigation canals.
PrOPR is a nonprofit corporation started by a group of affected property owners in Eagle and Star, ID fighting to stop Eagle Sewer District from dumping sewer wastewater into the Farmer’s Union Irrigation Canal. This will harm over 8,000 acres of private properties and groundwater in the Eagle and Star area without landowner consent.
We hired an attorney to develop and pursue legal claims to try to prevent the disposal of Eagle Sewer District’s sewer wastewater on our lands and in our water. After a few months of covering legal expenses on our own, we now need donations to help us continue this fight.
