Join us in our fight to try to stop Eagle Sewer District from dumping sewage wastewater into our irrigation canals.
PrOPR is a nonprofit organization started by a group of families in Eagle and Star, ID fighting to stop Eagle Sewer District from dumping class A recycled sewage wastewater into the Farmer’s Union Irrigation Canal. This will harm 8,000 acres of private properties in the Eagle and Star area without landowner consent.
We hired an attorney to raise legal claims to try to prevent the disposal of Eagle Sewer District’s sewage wastewater on our lands and in our water. After a few months of covering legal expenses on our own, we are now asking for donations to help us cover legal fees for this fight.
